One thing I noticed when I reviewed the pictures upon their return is that I should have provided them with more instruction in the fine art of photography. They did remember Rule #1 (Take lots of pictures). Beyond that I found that they had an incessant need to:
* hold the camera crooked (the Cathedral of Notre Dame doesn't really lean as shown, does it?),
* not hold the camera still -- particularly in low light shots, or,
* when including one another in a photo to do so from such a distance that one can't really see them.
